Q: What is the cost for an employer to use IAB’s services?
A: There is NO COST to the employer. All of IAB’s services are fully sponsored by our valued network of wellness providers.
Q: What can IAB Health Productions do to help me implement wellness programs?
A: IAB Health Productions provides online tools to assist with organizing a health fair, scheduling screenings, and wellness workshops.
Q: How can I have a health fair at my location?
A: With our online planning tools, employers find they have full control over the production of their health fair and the vendors that participate. IAB streamlines a very time-consuming project by providing every tool needed to host an event tailored to meet all of your needs.
Q: Are vendors charged a fee to participate in my health fair?
A: Since there is no cost to the employers for our services, IAB does charge a small sponsorship fee to selected vendors in your health fair. Companies are given the opportunity to waive this fee for their preferred providers. Members of the IAB network do not pay an additional fee to participate in health fairs.
Q: How do I get started in setting up a health fair?
A: Once you become a user on the IAB network you are given access to a health fair planning worksheet that outlines each step in setting up your health fair. From planning your event date and location to choosing providers and screenings, IAB gives you everything you need for an efficiently planned and executed event.
Q: How much control do I have over what vendors participate in my health fair?
A: When a provider submits a request to participate in your health fair, you will receive an email with a link to the requesting vendor’s profile so you may quickly identify and choose whether the provider is a good fit for your group. You may approve or deny the provider right from your account dashboard where the details of your health fair are kept organized and on track.
Q: How can I host a workshop at my location?
A: The IAB Network has many workshops to choose from. You may search for workshops by service type, topic and/or location. If you don’t see the workshop you are looking for, simply request a workshop describing the education and/or screenings that you are interested in and IAB will find a provider for you.
Q: How much assistance do I get from IAB?
A: You will be given a dedicated Wellness Consultant to assist you from start to finish. IAB’s Wellness Consultants have years of experience in providing wellness programs for employer groups and add great value to anyone looking to implement wellness in their workplace or community.
