4Ever Fit Studio is a fun place full of energy!  We offer a variety of group fitness classes such as; zumba, pilates, yoga, and strength training.  We combined all three elements of physical fitness; strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.  We also offer a nutritional meal replacement shake, Visalus 90 Day Challenge, to kick start your goals.  That’s not all, we are a no contract, no membership fee Studio!  Pay per class or buy packages it’s up to participants.
