Committed to making individuals stronger, faster and more explosive for their sport, Acceleration Sports will help you reach your goals. When it comes to improved performance, training the complete athlete through proper sports performance training, nutrition, mental training and injury prevention are the key to success. In sports, just as in daily life, each area of focus is inter-related and must be considered together to reach your full potential. Instruction is sport-specific and focuses on the precise development in a setting of your choice – team, group or 1-on-1 setting.

Swimming Technique
Individual or group swimming instruction sessions teach athletes how to swim efficiently in the pool or open water through proper swimming techniques. Swim lessons and instruction are available on a daily basis to groups or individuals of all ages who desire to improve in the water regardless of swimming experience. Lessons can be scheduled at a personal or neighborhood pool of your choice. Since swimming is such a technique based sport, all swimmers will benefit from proper training.
