Active Health

Active Health has been serving the greater Milford community for over a decade. We utilize chiropractic manual therapy, medical acupuncture, and myofascial release techniques in an effort to provide the highest quality and individualized treatment plans to our patients. More recently we have incorporated Shockwave therapy, which has been proven highly effective on advanced achilles tondinitis/tondinosis, plantar fasciitis, and various other tendinopathies.

Active Health is a preferred provider of Connecticut Orthopaedic Specialists and is in network with most major medical insurance companies.

We are conveniently located in downtown Milford, with ample lot and/or street parking.
