Adaptive Nourishment

We work with individuals and families educating them on healthier food options that taste great, are nutrient dense and budget friendly. Our services also include:

• Essential oil blend line with emphasis on assisting with depression, insomnia and/or focus

We are currently working with Chickadee Farms to create an outreach program that is in the running for a Seeds of Change grant. This program will bring families out to the farm monthly, help them harvest what is in season, explain the benefits of each item as well as how they can be used, provide a cooking demonstration and create possible lunch menu options with each family and then deliver these foods in a monthly form so that the children can make healthy, delicious, nutrient dense lunches to bring to school, all at no cost!
