Break Through Academy provides one on one and small group health coaching and HeartMath mentoring to help individuals achieve their goals through taking steps to reduce stress, improve energy, reduce toxins, and increase their health. We are a non profit and work with individuals on a sliding scale based on ability to pay. We work with clients using our iASK methodology – implement through attitude, skills and knowledge.
