Be Prepared Period is an organization committed to educating women, parents, and young girls on the topic of women’s health and menstruation. Through our content, community programs, products, and free resources, we are constantly working to change the conversation around menstrual health, and empowering our audience to live happier, healthier lives. Our resources and products are designed to make menstruation easier, so that it becomes one of empowerment rather than shame – of celebration rather than confusion. And most importantly, to spread the word, so that ALL girls and ALL women could benefit from the truth about women’s health and menstruation, which starts with the fact that it is 100% normal and completely natural.
