An inside out approach to employee stress. We offer Lunchtime Learning Programs that are specialized and interactive to help employees reduce stress in the workplace and at home. Workplace trainings include yoga, reiki, meditation, mindfulness and breathwork exercises. We are new and looking forward to servicing all size and types of companies, health care, and educational institutions
