These services include, but are not limited to: general public awareness and education of hearing healthcare, auditory tests for the purpose of fitting hearing aids, explanation of test results, recommendations of hearing rehabilitation with realistic expectations, dispensing of prescription hearing instruments, counseling of hearing aid use, servicing of hearing aids, sale and use of assistive listening devices, sale and use of related hearing and hearing aid peripherals.
