Mushrooms are in tincture, teabag and dried bulk forms. I also offer mushroom ID tours in my region. These mushrooms provide multiple health benefits such as immune boosting, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammitory properties, digestive and brain health, protection against colds and flu and are important in the fight against cancer.
