The mission of Body Essential Therapeutic Massage is to provide a safe and relaxing environment to breathe, to rest easy and to take care of yourself. Therapeutic massage can be an essential part of your own health care, a way to support your body’s own healing power. Reduce pain, ease stress and anxiety and promote relaxation in weekly or monthly sessions. Each session at BETM is customized according to client needs and requests. Most sessions include Swedish massage strokes to promote relaxation and circulation and deep tissue techniques which help to relax muscles, reduce soft tissue adhesions and break up uncomfortable muscle patterns.
