A free and confidential resource! At times, we all experience stress, life changes, and challenges. Sometimes these affect work performance, sometimes they don’t. Because CFCU values you personally, as well as the work you do, we provide a comprehensive “Employee Assistance Program”—or EAP—to help you when you need it.
Our EAP is Raleigh Employee Assistance Program, “REAP”. REAP now works in alliance with Business Health Services to bring you an enhanced variety of resources. You or your household members may call EAP 24/7 to speak with a master’s clinician.
EAP staff are experienced counselors who help you resolve problems and/or refer you to appropriate resources. Your requests for information and discussions are treated confidentially. EAP can help with stress, anxiety, depression, family, marital, work-life balance, health, wellness, alcohol or drugs, grief, financial, legal, and more. There is No Cost to you for EAP consultations—and EAP offers flexible appointment times and locations, plus an extensive online resources library accessible from www.reapnc.com .
