Hi, my name is Karen Anthony. I am a certified health and wellness coach. My goal is to help busy moms simplify weight loss so they can take better care of themselves while they are taking care of their families. I am passionate about health and wellness and I want to empower women to understand that weight loss doesn’t have to be complicated, and with a simple methodology and the right coaching, there isn’t any goal that can’t be reached. It’s so easy to fall into the trap of putting ourselves last out of a loving desire to put our families first. I want to encourage women to remember that they can successfully care for both.

I own an online coaching practice, and through my signature program, How To Conquer Your Cravings, I work with moms that want to conquer their cravings and stick to a healthy diet, one that is doable, realistic, and effective. My program works from the inside out, combining the work of improving our mindset about food and the emotions that cause to overeat, along with practical actions. By using the psychology of the brain to our benefit, we can learn to outsmart our cravings and make real progress toward our goals. Some of the benefits of my program include improved body image, feeling comfortable in your own skin, more self-love, strengthened self-discipline, more confidence, more energy and a sustainable approach for weight loss.

In addition to being a weight loss coach, I am also certified as a life coach. I assist busy moms with their emotional wellness so they can feel empowered to handle all areas of their lives with grace, and enjoy each day to the fullest. Some of the most popular topics I coach on include how to manage feeling overwhelmed and get things done, dealing with difficult in-laws, improving your marriage, repairing relationships, parenting challenges, making difficult decisions, and how to stop people pleasing. Having a place to turn for nonjudgmental support is so important and needed when we are being pulled in so many directions.

I meet with busy moms on their time, through Zoom. It’s casual and relaxed. Clients can schedule a call when it’s convenient for them, 30 min is often all that is needed to get some clarity around the challenges they are facing that week or during the season of life they’re in.
