Coastal Therapeutics

Coastal Therapeutics PA, an outpatient rehabilitation clinic is located in Mount PLeasant. We are a local, therpist run clinic, serving  East Cooper  for 24 years. We provide adullt outpatient physical,occupational/hand and speech therapy, specializing  in manual therapy, and provide services on an individualized, one on one environment. Our staff includes, a certified hand therapist and most of our clinicians have over 20 years experience in their specialty.  Most insurances including Blue Cross and medicare are accepted.
