Dr. J. Todd Boyd is a Chiropractic Physician who proudly serves Charlotte and the surrounding communities in North Carolina. We are conveniently located in the South Park area close to SouthPark Mall.  Dr. Boyd is one of the very few Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedists in Charlotte.

Dr. Boyd has freed thousands of people from all over the world from pain since 1996 in his clinic in Brownsville, TX. through August 2013, when he relocated his family and practice to Charlotte, NC so that he can begin taking seminary courses at Southern Evangelical Seminary in Matthews, NC.  Patients would typically come from as far away as Mexico City, South America, Africa, Washington, Minneapolis, Ohio, Montana, Oregon, Louisiana, and more just to experience Dr. Boyd’s special gift of healing as well as his excellent bed-side manners.  Dr. Boyd is the type of doctor who actually takes the time to listen to your problems and treats you with the dignity and respect you deserve.  At Compass Health & Wellness, you become part of a family with your own personal doctor who will look out for you like he would his own mother (By the way, Dr. Boyd loves his mother).
