About
If someone is stressed out and anxious; or if drugs or alcohol are interfering with their happiness; or they are just not satisfied with the direction their life is going I’m here to help. Sometimes life throws things at our paths with no prior warning, and we end up somewhere that we had not planned. With warmth and care I provide therapy in a way that makes clients feel comfortable and safe. In our sessions I will help adults, age 18-80, and couples, identify what’s most important to them, and then help them move toward their goals.
I realize that no two people are the same. and I will tailor our sessions to meet the client’s specific needs. In a non-judgmental, safe environment, I specialize in treating anxiety, relationship problems, and addictions– and help adults learn to cope with life changes, grief, anger, and stress.
