We are health warriors. I am part of a health revolution to change the health of our country!   Here in North East Ohio – we live in a healthcare mecca with “world-class care.” Sadly, there is a disconnect!   Cuyahoga county’s mortality rates for both all cancer types and cardiovascular disease are both significantly higher than the national rates!  More and more people are suffering from restless sleep, body discomfort, with feelings of worry & distress and the list goes on & on. This is so sad.  The good news is that we can make a difference!   We know that good things happen when we live a healthier lifestyle and ingest healthy foods & the right supplements.  Hemp Oil and JuicePlus+ are just 2 of the tools that I use to help people get started towards feeling better and taking their health to the next level.  We can impact both our current bodies as well as future generations (Epigenetics!)
