Dancing Without Sin® uses a fitness program built around Gospel/inspirational, old school R&B, hip hop, afro beats, pop etc. Music for all ages, sizes and fitness levels are welcome. We cater to disabilities and also teach chair fit.
In a DWS session, you will see squats, lunges, push-ups, free weights and other floor exercises, dance cardio, boot camp & resistance band training. Each program is put together to provide an energetic, fun-filled, uplifting environment.
This work-out is for Men, Women and Children.
