Deliverance Home Care

Deliverance Home Care, LLC (DHC) is able to provide Home Care Services such as Nursing Services, including Private Duty Nursing and Skilled Nursing visits to Medicaid recipients, Insurance and private pay individuals. DHC is also licensed to provide In-Home Aide Services including Personal Care Services. Our trained staff consists of RNs, LPNs, CNA I and II. Our staff provide nursing services, along with the physician such as providing treatment, diagnostic and preventive procedures. Staff regularly assess client nursing needs,and initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures appropriate for the client’s care and safety. Staff also provide teaching, and supervision for the client and family members about providing care for the client at home. Deliverance Home Care, LLC. provides assistance with activities of daily living, ambulation, transferring, toileting, and range of motion. In- Home Aides also perform incidental household services which are essential to the client’s care at home such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping. Our In-Home Aide Services are provided by highly trained CNA I, II and PCAs.
