I am a Certified Nutritional Therapist, and I specialize in digestive wellness. By taking a look at your diet and lifestyle, I will make recommendations that will empower you to live a healthful life. My education at Nutrition Therapy Institute gave me a wealth of knowledge on the human body and how intricately and perfectly it works when in balance. I have a thorough understanding of the conditions that can and will develop when our balance and well-being are disrupted. My passion for digestion and digestive wellness is unending! It is my desire to help you bring and keep your microbiome into balance as well as identify any causes of conditions caused by this imbalance and how, together, we can bring your gut back in balance. I am a firm believer in continued education throughout life. Along with my studies at Nutrition Therapy Institute and Functional Nutrition Alliance, I also hold a B.S. in Education, a B.G.S. in Arts and Humanities, and an A.A. in music all earned at Indiana University. Education is a life-long endeavor!
