I have a strong background in motivational enhancement and behavior modification and approach all coaching whether it is business or health related, from a biopsychosocial perspective. I will help you become aware of your strengths to capitalize on them, your vulnerabilities to mitigate or prevent them, and your motivators to maintain them. From there you can identify and achieve realistic goals.

Membership

We use a membership/concierge approach to make servicers affordable and available when you need them.

Counseling and coaching services can cost on average $65/hour, and most people have to pay out of pocket because their insurance deductibles are so high, or they do not have coverage. $260/month is a lot of money for most people. These groups will help you set and achieve your goals for health and happiness, increase and maintain your motivation and provide you information about tools you can use to be more effective. If you think you need a little bit more help, the Plus package lets you chat via text message with Doc Snipes 7 days a week from 3pm-8pm EST. This can help you apply what you learned in group and keep you motivated.
