Dylo Lisa Coaching

Dylo Lisa is an initiative-taking and progress-driven collaborator with more than 20 years’ experience as the Executive Assistant to two President and CEOs. Her experience collaborating with the executive leadership team in the development and execution of strategic planning brings value to her way of coaching.

Coaching was the aspect of the position that brought her incredible joy; that of serving as confidant, resource, and counsel to the President and CEO, executive leadership, and her colleagues. These encounters were authentic, offering perspective and challenging assumptions. Her goal was to bring awareness to move an individual to that next best place in a less than ideal situation (personal or professional). While the individual determined ultimate next steps, she offered insights and encouraged reflection to help them see available options. She earned certification as a life coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute.

As she plans to expand services to that of organizational team coaching, she also has earned certification in Culture-Driven Team Building Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania and Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. 

She looks forward to collaborating with those who share her passion of learning for personal growth and professional development.
