FiMi Wellness is a health coaching company that helps you implement healthy lifestyle changes. As your personal health guide and partner, we help you figure out what’s keeping you from reaching your health goals, and address areas such as nutrition, physical, stress, brain health, gut health and sleep, so you can improve your overall health. We offer 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to individuals, as well as health and wellness seminars to corporations and organizations.
