We offer a variety of women’s only dance classes ranging from pole dancing to dance hall funk, from belly dancing & twerk to sensual floor grooves. Additionally, we offer an aerial athletics program that is less dance but more aerial acrobatics for folks ages 5 to 95 in aerial silks and lyra just as seen in Cirque du Soleil.
