Grace Counseling Center

Grace Counseling is an outpatient mental health and substance use treatment program with facilities in Lewisville, Fort Worth, and Texarkana, Texas. It offers evidence-based programs for intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs for adolescents and adults.

At Grace, we customize treatment to meet the individual needs of each of our clients, combining individual, group, and family therapy, including a specialized evidence-based program for children. We use holistic treatment approaches like yoga therapy and educational programming like nutritional counseling by a dietician and eating disorder specialist on our staff. This ensures that each of our clients has the tools they need to achieve long-term wellness.
