GraySpace Counseling Group

Our goal is to provide onsite counseling services to high performing employees and employees in high stress positions, eliminating the stigma of traditional therapy and removing the barrier of contacting outside sources for services. We exist to:

• promote mental wellness in the workplace
• serve as a readily available therapeutic resource for employees
• decrease the stigma attached to traditional therapy
• remove the barriers associated with accessing and scheduling mental health visit
• decrease liability for employers in dealing with unstable employees
• join modern technology with traditional counseling
• serve as an unbiased entity for employees to converse with
• increase overall production, and workplace morale.
