Dr. Shirin Bonakdar was raised in Canada and moved to Texas in 2021. She received her Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2005. She has been in private practice since graduation and has received several community outreach awards for her contribution to furthering chiropractic functional nutrition and women’s Wellness. She recently opened her 6th practice in Frisco, Texas.

She loves taking care of women who are stressed out with headaches, neck pain, fatigue and irritability. She loves watching women make long lasting change in their health and their families’ health, therefore impacting the health of generations to come.

She is one of the team chiropractors for USA WOMEN’S WRESTLING.  She loves travelling with the team for both national and international competition like world championship and the Olympics.

She enjoys hosting health and wellness workshops to inspire individuals and families to lead a healthier life style. She often holds lunch and learns and health fairs for companies to help employees lead a life of energy, vitality and health.

Her second passion is helping and supporting women globally whether they are friends, family, colleagues or women and children that have been victims of abuse or sex trafficking.

When she’s not in the office she can be found with her family, being a lifelong tourist, at one of her kid’s games, taking a course or driving somewhere fun. Dr. Shirin loves to cook (and eat) great food, host gatherings, shopping, building a community of friends, and enjoys staying active.
