Healthy Moves

My name is Roxie Perregaux and I am a Master Certified Health Coach.  My company is: Healthy Moves For You.  I  provide a wide range of services to help individuals, groups and corporations to achieve their health and wellness goals. Prevention of disease and personal responsibility coupled with real science and real food nutrition that is available at the local grocery store sounds simple, but my coaching builds a lifestyle change that is easy on busy schedules and even the tightest budget since it requires no other purchases than those currently being made.

Services include individual coaching as well as a variety of customizable group workshops, luncheons, and lectures that are appropriate for businesses, schools, community groups, teachers, parents, churches, home school groups, and more.  I also specialize in reducing and eliminating the physical, emotional and financial pains from inflammation.
