We’re a bag-slamming, music-pumpin’ kickboxing workout. You strap on real gloves and punch and kick your way to a fitter, happier you.
Members perform real kickboxing moves, but we’re not about fighting. It’s just a fun, exciting, adrenaline rocking way to get fit.
Members are of all ages, physiques, fitness levels, and sizes. If you’re a beginners, no problem. You’ll have a blast from the start.
