Vedic Meditation is a simple and natural technique of meditation that I teach that can help support and increase the physical, mental and social well-being of all employees. Vedic Meditation can help support companies in their overall employee wellness programs. I have given several group and individual talks in the area with many different establishments, Universities, schools, groups of teachers and Health and Wellness businesses and programs. I completed my teacher training in the base of the Himalayan Mountains in India for 3 months and I am now a Vedic Meditation teacher in the Chicago area. I will talk about the history of where this meditation comes from, all the benefits, how this meditation is different than other types of meditation and how this type of meditation works. The number one benefit of Vedic Meditation is stress release and as you know stress is the cause of many health problems in our society and this meditation practice helps in reducing and eliminating stresses in the mind and body. I will also explain what is involved in learning.
