Jen Johnson is a mindfulness coach, licensed counselor, and board certified health & wellness coach. She is available to speak and offer webinar training on mindfulness for stress reduction and increased peace, happiness, and wellbeing, and she offers an online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course. Jen has been teaching mindfulness for 30+ years. She offers individual coaching (internationally) and counseling (to residents of North Carolina) sessions by telehealth/video.
