Lay It Down Fitness & Nutrition Center LLC

In July 2015, Lay It Down Fitness & Nutrition Center LLC was established to help people within the Gwinnett & DeKalb County communities to learn how to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. As we are out in the community, more people within Tucker, Lilburn, Norcross, and Stone Mountain have become more familiar with our Fitness community, the services, and the programs we offer. We have been blessed with steady growth in Members that are committed to Gettin’ Fit for Life.

Our Missions Statement: To provide quality personal fitness and nutrition training that improves one person at a time mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually so he/she can focus on him/herself while striving towards a healthy and fit lifestyle which leads to being more effective at home, at work, within his/her community, and at his/her local place of worship.
