Local Start Dental

Local Start Dental is a non-profit state-of-the-art dental treatment and training center focused on high-quality tooth replacement services throughout the triangle and across North Carolina.  We are not your typical dentists.  We restore smiles and confidence for our underserved neighbors like the elderly, veterans and low-income adults as well as providing deeply discounted service to those who are not needy.
