We are privileged to be a woman-owned business (with a minority-owned partnership) that has over 30 years of combined experience in corporate, municipal and federal fitness center management along with 15 years of biometric screening and health risk assessment administration. We offer wellness seminars, first aid classes, health coaching, wellness fairs, wellness portal management and gym design consultation. Lone Star Health & Fitness prides itself in having the most comprehensive team—with expertise spanning from exercise physiology and kinesiology to project management, healthcare regulation and nursing—to help achieve any short or long-term goals.
