I am a nurse and certified health educator and advocate. I use a Christ-centered whole-person approach to personalized wellness advocacy. As having many years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse I am able to offer prenatal education and wellness as well.

I also have partnered with an exciting anti-aging company as a consultant, for patented natural products using a layered approach in the activation of cellular health.

All things are connected and everything matters body, mind, and soul.  I am glad to talk to people and answer questions about either aspect of my business or both and how it can apply to their health goals.
