Sol Angel is an energy center, focusing on individual and group energy healing, to enlighten and expand our consciousness and life experiences. Through workshops on meditation, energy awareness, mindfulness, stress and anger management, and more, we support people on their path of self-development so we can live in greater balance, through the grace and peace we all possess within.

We help individuals and teams become more productive by providing methods to decrease stress, increase sense of self-worth, and manage day-to-day challenges, especially with varied schedules and priorities. 

Sol Angel offers various experiential workshops for corporations, schools, and individuals on topics such as  mindfulness, meditation, and grief. We understand the sensitivity and emotional support that may be needed when dealing with the loss of a loved one, a difficult diagnosis, and significant change.
