I am the very proud owner of Solstice Counseling and Consulting, PLLC.  I am a women’s empowerment coach/licensed therapist.  My passion is helping women create loving relationships with themselves so they can have inspiring careers, joyful partnerships, discover their purpose and make their own unique mark on the world.  

I also have an extensive Employee Assistance Program background, which gave me many opportinties to provide corporate training at companies of all sizes.  Among the trainings I facilitate are Stress Management, Work/Life Balance, Dealing with Difficult People, Positive Workplace Communication, Resillience, and Multi-generational Diversity.  Helping employees learn strategies to enhance performance makes for enhanced morale, and an enhanced bottom line for you as an employer.
