A lot of people are reluctant to spend the night in a sleep lab. Having a clinician attach as many as 25 sensors to your scalp, face, legs and body. Using tape and a sticky paste that can take days to wash out of a persons hair. Then have the clinician watch them lay in bed through an infrared camera and be in charge of when they can get up to use the restroom.

With Home Sleep Apnea Testing there is no sticky past and there are only 3 sensors applied to the body. Patients are in control if they need to use the restroom at night and they will not have a stranger watching them sleep through the night.
