Spine Care Center

The Spine Care Center helps people keep their spines in alignment. Dr. Bedell has been helping people in San Jose with Spine Care for over 17 years. He teaches people how to take care of their spines, and their overall health, with exercise, stretches, and healthy food. Dr. Bedell has over 35 years of experience with exercise and nutrition. He worked as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach for over 10 years while in college. He also practices everything he teaches and leads by example.
