Stretch Haven specializes in rehabilitative stretching. We can assist anyone with their flexibility needs, from desk athlete to pro athlete. In just one session, we can teach you how to neurally reboot your core, mash and balance your hips or even help you figure out if you really need to get surgery on that problem spot. After teaching Pilates for over a decade, Jamie our lead Stretcher, sought out expansive advanced stretching training. What she realized is stretching has evolved an NO ONE KNOWS YET!!!
