At Take Charge Wellness, we are passionate about helping people live their best, healthiest and most fulfilling lives.

I am an independent doTERRA essential oil Wellness Advocate and Educator. Cutting back on our toxic load by using natural products such as essential oils to support the health of our bodies instead of over the counter or Rx drugs help our clients decrease their toxic loads in their bodies, home and lives, leading to improved health, improved energy, improved mental health and mood states, improved immune function and less days lost to being sick or in pain. 

I am also certified in AromaTouch techniques which helps provide a sense of relaxation and calm in the body.  I am also able to provide Symphony of the Cells protocols to help client’s bodies support their natural healing capabilities.

Take Charge Wellness also focuses on helping individuals and groups to take charge of their health and wellness naturally through clean, natural products, supplements, lifestyle and dietary choices.  We offer a variety of programs ranging from weight loss and detox to gut rebuilding and adrenal fatigue.  We work with groups as well as one-on-one with individuals to take charge of their health and live vibrant, energy-filled lives.
