The Skinny Center’s Wellness Program provides access to all of the benefits of holistic health and wellness to the work environment. All of the programs are customized to fit the needs of your business and create a healthy and supportive atmosphere. The program offers “traditional” services related to nutrition and fitness, such as nutrition seminars and counseling, cooking demonstrations, and in office spa treatments. Other services provided include routine blood pressure monitoring and massage therapy, Obesity, tobacco use, poor nutrition, stress and lack of physical activity.
