The intimate environment at Turning Tides provides a peaceful and safe place for one to heal and find lasting eating disorder recovery.
We proudly serve all genders and both adolescents (12-17) and adults (18+).
Through our partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP) and outpatient programming (OP), we honor all bodies with individually designed nutrition plans.
