At Wake Counseling & Mediation, we provide counseling services for severe to mild psychological issues related to Mood Disorders, Dual-diagnosis (MH/SA), Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, Anxiety, Adjustment issues, dysfunctional behaviors, and relational problems with family, partner, and in the work environment.  We offer counseling for personal and professional development (for example: stress management, coping skills, personality growth, conflict management). We also provide Parenting Coordination and Family & Divorce Mediation, which can assist individuals avoid emotional turmoil as well as expensive and lengthy legal disputes.

We have two offices, conveniently located in the downtown Holly Springs & in Cary, NC, near the instersection of Kildaire & Cary Parkway. We offer additional hours during late afternoon & weekend to meet working families’ needs.
