Cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer in the US (and in much of the world), and involves heart attack, stroke, heart failure, and similar life-threatening events. Risk factors include hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia, blood sugar imbalances, exercise deficits, poor sleep, obesity, nutrition deficits, or being chronically undermuscled (a low muscle-to-fat ratio).
Coach Val Fiott is a graduate of the Medical Exercise Institute, an ACE-Certified Health Coach, an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and a PhD in Natural Health Science who holds certificates from five of the Ivy League schools. He has coached hundreds of private clients to reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease since 1994, and has held multiple leadership positions in Corporate Health.
How it Works:
1. Meet with Val over Zoom from the comfort of your home, FREE
2. Discuss your exercise habits, nutrition choices, sleep habits, stress management, activities and hydration
3. Val will compare your current lifestyle factors to healthy norms, and identify areas of concern
4. You’ll undergo a movement screening, and begin the process of assembling a personalized exercise program to condition the heart, lungs and blood vessels while reducing any excess bodyfat
5. New short-term goals will be set regarding lifestyle, mindset/motivation, accountability
6. For one full week, Val will touch base with TouchPoint reminders and Q and A as you gradually build health
After your free week, you can continue your program with Val with Zoom sessions ranging from 15 to 90 minutes, and/or with an app-based exercise/nutrition/lifestyle program that’s designed to clinically progress your health and reach optimal metrics.
