On-Line & On-Site In-Services “Purposeful Foam Rolling”:
“If I am this tight now how tight will I be 10 years from now?” “Why am I getting so tight stiff and sore?” These are questions that we have heard again and again over the fifteen years we have been in practice.
Our mission is to answer those questions and to help you reduce the number of worker’s compensation due to work related musculoskeletal issues.
Our In-Service covers:
What causes your employees muscles to be tight, stiff and sore.
What is the impact of tight muscles.
How Purposeful Foam Rolling can reduce those tight, sore muscles.
and
Additional benefits of Purposeful Foam Rolling
Our Goal is to:
1. Help your employees have a better understanding why they are getting tight, stiff, and sore.
2. Help your employees to learn self-care skills to reduce their tight and painful muscles.
3. Provide basic education for and demonstrations in the use of self care tools.
4. Help them understand the additional benefits of purposeful foam rolling.
Giving your employees the knowledge and skills, so they can continue working with less pain, less tightness and be able to get out and enjoy their life.
Your office gets:
-Direct, hands on instruction.
-Self care tools to continue to use in the office.
-Special massage offers.
-Special pricing for online courses.
We incorporate teaching, demonstration and hands-on learning, in a fun and relaxed manner. Our focus is for employees to have a better understanding why their bodies are getting tighter and more painful, and to realize the long term consequences of this tightness and pain. We introduced self care tools (foam rollers, foam balls, etc.) and techniques that employees can use themselves to reduce muscle tightness and pain.
Our hands-on learning allows employees an opportunity to learn and practice our unique self care techniques. We want to help employees realize and experience the idea that they can take an active role in reducing their tight and painful muscles. All techniques have modifications that allow the majority of employees to perform them and receive benefits.
The beauty of these techniques is that they can be done at work and at home. Fifteen years of experience has taught us that consistent foam rolling helps reduce muscle tightness, muscle pain and muscle injury.
Your HealthySteps wants to be a continuing partner in providing continuing education, training, and support to help your employees stay consistent in their self care and achieve a body with less pain, less tightness, and more flexibility.
