Lower Blood Pressure From Home : Six Week Program with Coach Val Fiott

This workshop is led by Health Coach & Medical Fitness Specialist Val Fiott, and is designed to normalize blood pressure gradually over a six-week period.  Val is a PhD in Health Science with a 30-year history of normalizing blood pressure for hundreds of clients, and he is the former Corporate Physical Health Director for EHM as well as an exam contributor for The American Council on Exercise.

The entire six-week program is private, and takes place over Zoom from the comfort of your home. It involves personalized nutrition coaching and meal planning, as well as exercise leadership and lifestyle change. Val will be selecting and sending you the exercise equipment optimal for your success, for use from your own home or outdoors. All you need is an internet connection to normalize blood pressure.

What Is It Like?
Val will evaluate your lifestyle and clinical needs, and will make decisions with you as to the amount of time that is devoted to exercise, to nutrition, and to the other lifestyle factors that drive BP normalization. Some sessions may be more discussion & planning whereas others may involve more personal training.  Goals will be established and monitored throughout the six weeks.

When Is It?
Three one-hour sessions weekly, at times and days that work for your schedule either before, during or after work. Because this is a private program for you only, your program can begin anytime! (Please disregard the “start date” listed.)

Normalizing blood pressure generally involves the following components:
