24 Hours to Less Stress, Better Sleep

In our busy, modern lives we cannot avoid stress: work stress, personal stress, environmental stress and even beneficial stress all contribute to our allostatic load, or the amount of stress our body has to handle on an everyday basis.

Whilst eliminating stress can be challenging the key to great health is giving our body the tools it needs to manage and mitigate this stress.

In this workshop Holistic Nutritionist and Bio Signature Modulation Practitioner Jennifer Hanway will guide you through the practical and easy to implement nutrition, exercise and lifestyle strategies you can apply on a daily basis to ensure a productive, enjoyable day and a night of restful, restorative sleep.
